Paramedia fields camera crews that work to international standards and speak English on set. Our ~50-person talent pool — videographers, photographers, editors, sound and grip — lets us build the right team for your project and have it ready, in our experience, in 1–2 days.
The Crew You Can Book

Director of Photography / crew lead — led by founder Khoorshid Alimardanov.

Camera operators & focus pullers for single or multi-camera setups.

Sound recordists, gaffers, grips and production assistants.

Live / multi-camera vision mixing — we run mixed feeds regularly in Samarkand, Tashkent and daily for our own newsroom output.
Equipment
We own Sony FX6 and F3 bodies with matched lenses, lighting and grip. When a job needs more, we source it — including specialist transmission kit such as the LiveU unit we used to send a live feed from Samarkand to CNBC in Singapore and London. Indicative kit day rates: camera ~$300, lens package ~$500, lighting ~$300, grip ~$200, sound ~$250, drone ~$400.
Built-In Reliability
Things go wrong on set — that’s why we plan for it. We carry backup batteries, media and bodies, use professional-grade kit, and hold backup crew under agreement so an illness or no-show never stops the shoot. On the UAE bilateral event in Tashkent, that mindset is what let us swap a failing HDMI plan for an SDI rig in a couple of hours without missing the feed.
Drone Coverage
Drone work in Uzbekistan requires a special permit to operate or import a unit. We either engage a permitted local drone operator or arrange the permit for an incoming drone and operator — planned well ahead so it never holds up the schedule.
